On the morning of March 20, the Huaihua International Land Port Comprehensive Service Center for Domestic and Foreign Trade was inaugurated. Wei Zhaohui, Deputy Secretary of CPC Huaihua Municipal Committee and Mayor of Huaihua City, addressed the event. Chen Weimin, Chairman of Shenzhen Eternal Asia Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., delivered a speech. Yin Peiguo, member of the Standing Committee of CPC Huaihua Municipal Committee and Executive Vice Mayor of Huaihua City, presided over the event. Hu Huan, President of Hunan Provincial Import and Export Industry Association and Deputy General Manager of Hunan Guomao Group and Lin Hua, Secretary General of the People’s Government of Huaihua City, attended the event.
Located in the core area of the Huaihua International Land Port Multimodal Transport Center, the Huaihua International Land Port Comprehensive Service Center for Domestic and Foreign Trade is designed to provide mature, one-stop services for overseas development. It covers six core areas, namely policy, law, finance and taxation, market, human resources, and risk control. Through a model that integrates online platforms, offline sites and professional institution alliances, it achieves full-chain, full-cycle, and global service coverage. By integrating commerce, customs, taxation, and financial services, the center provides one-stop services such as customs declaration and inspection as well as tax refunds and financing, truly enabling foreign trade enterprises to handle all business within the port.
Wei Zhaohui pointed out that the inauguration of the Huaihua International Land Port Comprehensive Service Center for Domestic and Foreign Trade is an innovative measure for Huaihua to deepen its “Enterprise Service Year” campaign as well as an important vehicle for activating the development momentum of the international land port and boosting open economy. A full-chain service system will be ingeniously established that encompasses an offline center, an online platform, a set of work processes, a group of partners, a training system, and a professional team. This will allow enterprises to obtain one-stop, comprehensive professional services, connect with global resources, and enhance their international competitiveness. Huaihua will continue to improve service functions, upgrade its intelligent system, and expand its cooperative ecosystem, to truly streamline business handling procedures for enterprises. Huaihua will support more enterprises in expanding their reach globally and assist Hunan Province in building a hub for reform and opening up in the inland region.
Chen Weimin stated that Eternal Asia will fully leverage its advantages in the global network, full-chain services, and digital capabilities, focus on core needs such as warehousing and distribution, smooth customs clearance, trade matchmaking, financial empowerment, and logistics integration, and create a one-stop, efficient, and low-cost comprehensive service platform. The platform will help introduce specialty products of the Hunan-Guizhou border area to overseas markets in an efficient manner, facilitate the introduction of high-quality global resources to Huaihua, and promote the development of port industries and the open ecosystem.
