Chenxi Industrial Development Zone consists of “one zone and three parks”, with a planned area of 335.67 hectares, including the 272.46-hectare Huomachong Industrial Basic Comprehensive Industrial Park, the 39.52-hectare Chengnan Electronic Information Industrial Park, and the 23.69-hectare Xiaoping Military-Industrial Integration Special Industrial Park, of which 233.71 hectares have been developed. The zone’s leading industry is green mining, with machinery and equipment as its specialty industry. It also supports the coordinated development of two key industries: electronic components, and luggage, bags and leatherware. Currently, the zone houses 163 enterprises, including 45 industrial enterprises above the designated size and 21 high-tech enterprises. In 2025, the zone’s total industrial output value stood at 5.85 billion yuan, achieving a 12.4% growth rate in added value, and fixed asset investment reached 1.75 billion yuan, a 74% growth rate.
