Tongdao Industrial Development Zone has a planned area of 80.54 hectares, of which 26.8 hectares have been developed, with 210,000 square meters of standardized housing already built. The zone currently has 70 registered enterprises, including 30 enterprises above the designated size and 15 high-tech enterprises. In 2025, the zone achieved 2.6 billion yuan worth of technical, industrial and trade revenue. The zone has formed an industrial development pattern led by “agricultural and sideline food processing”, with “timber processing, and wood, bamboo, rattan, palm, and grass products” as its specialties.
