Zhongfang High-tech Zone of Huaihua High-tech Industrial Development Zone has a total planned area of 433.67 hectares, with 380.34 hectares already developed. It has attracted over 209 enterprises, including 104 industrial enterprises above the designated size, 33 high-tech enterprises, and 23 strategic emerging industry enterprises. It has cultivated 15 provincial-level specialized, refined, differential and innovative “little giant” enterprises and established 15 provincial-level innovation platforms and 23 municipal-level innovation platforms. Currently, the zone has formed two major industrial clusters -- new building materials and machinery equipment.
