As a very famous local specialty snack in Zhijiang, Zhijiang sour radish is a kind of pickled snack mainly made of vegetable “white radish”. The product is “fragrant, sour, crispy and cool”, which is favored by local people and tourists from all over the country. Zhijiang acid radish is selected from white radish as the main raw material. It is fermented by combining traditional and modern techniques.
