Making Fairy Tofu is a unique culinary creation. First, wash the leaves thoroughly to remove any dirt or impurities. Then grind the leaves into a fine paste. Place the paste in a strainer and let it drip slowly into a bowl. The liquid is then cooled and allowed to set into a gel-like texture. Finally, cut the tofu into small cubes and serve chilled, either plain or with sugar or chili sauce.
Fairy Tofu is believed to have the efficacy of clearing heat, removing toxins, and eliminating turbidity.
