Heaven rewards hard work. Industrious as people here are, they here have learned making different ecological delicious delicacies. They have developed and created a series of delicacies and recipes, which are sure to enrich the happy tourism life. The delicious food includes alpine high-quality rice, alpine corn, alpine ginseng, alpine millet, and alpine sweet potato and so on. Cuisine includes Xupu goose, alpine beef, alpine mutton, Xuefengshan running pig, Xuefengshan black bone chicken and so on. Wild vegetable series include alpine winter bamboo shoots, bracken, wild celery, wild amaranth and so on. It was said that these meals were once made by the famous cookers of the army stationed in Xuefengshan area. They are well known for their unique tastes.
