Jingzhou mooncakes, a kind of traditional food, are very delicious in that they are made of sesame flour and filled with cashew nuts, walnuts, Chinese wolfberry, peanuts, sun-flower seeds, bacon, preserves, sugar and so on. Jingzhou mooncakes, looking like a round moon, are bigger than those of other places. Among Jingzhou mooncakes, the ones made in Huangtupo, a time-honored brand in Jingzhou, are most famous.
