    1. Braised Goose with Smoked Bamboo Shoots

    This dish is made of goose meat and smoked bamboo shoots. The raw materials are green and free from pollution because the bamboo shoots are taken from the mountains and the geese are raised by the local farmers themselves. This delicacy, with crispy bamboo shoots and spicy and fragrant goose, is deeply loved by customers and has won many awards for its unique taste.


    2. Xuefeng Health Black-bone Chicken

    This dish is made of black-bone chicken, dried bamboo shoots, codonopsis, wolfberry and red dates. The black-bone chicken are raised at an altitude of 1900 meters on Xuefeng Mountain and have an effect of nourishing kidney-yin. The chicken, with tender meat, becomes extremely tasty, nutritious and good for health when cooked with dried bamboo shoots of Xuefeng Mountain and local autumn peppers.


    3. Qianyang Farmhouse Blister Soup

    This dish is made of local pork, hog’s blood, hog’s small intestine, hog’s lung, and flower oil. Being one of Qianyang’s traditional delicacies, this course is different from those of other places for it is more tasty and more nutritious and has a strong tradition of cultural heritage of Qianyang.


    4. Meatball Soup with Red Dates                              

    This dish is made of the selected pork of Qianyang local black hogs, eggs of black-bone hens raised on Xuefeng Mountain, and red dates. The soup is appetizing and rich in protein, vitamins and minerals, etc., with the effect of making consumers  refreshing and healthy.


    5. Hongjiang Braised Duck with Sweet Sauce

    This dish is made of the local duck of Hongjiang, with ingredients of ginger, green onion, Hongjiang sweet sauce, chili, and streaky pork. The duck meat is soft and delicious, bright in color and full of nutrients, oily but not greasy, with an effect of nourishing blood, clearing away heat and detoxifying.


    6. Stewed Fish with Sour Soup

    This dish is made of fresh fish and red sour soup. This special soup is appetizing with a taste of being slightly biting and spicy. The fish with the soup will be extremely delicious and will leave you endless aftertaste.


    7. Golden Wasp Pupae

    This dish is made of eggs and wasp’s pupae. It is a special delicacy of Hongjiang City, with crispy taste and attractive color, suitable for all ages for it is high in protein and full of nutrients. However, it is not easy to have such a dish because the wasp’s pupae are available only in summer and autumn.


    8. Qianyang Sanxian with Three Fresh Delicacies

    This dish is made of three fresh delicacies: hog’s feet, egg rolls and mushrooms. In this course, the hog’s feet are juicy and rich in collagen and nutrients. It is a special bite of Qianyang.
