Located in Guanzhuang Town of Yuanling County, Chenlongguan Integrated Tea-Tourism Industrial Park covers a total area of 14.1 square kilometers.

Relying on ecological resources including Jietan tea gardens, serene mountains and rivers, ancient-style villages and idyllic countryside landscapes, Chenlongguan Scenic Area explores and inherits profound cultures such as Jietan tea culture, Chenlongguan military culture, the ancient post station culture of Jietingyi Tea-Horse Road, and local folk culture. The town now enjoys highly convenient transportation, with National Highway 319, Provincial Highway 227 and Hangzhou-Ruili Expressway running through its territory. It takes only two hours to drive eastward to the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration and westward to Jishou and Zhangjiajie.
