Baima scenic spot in Huangyan ecotourism area is less than 20 kilometers away from the urban area of Huaihua City, with a forest coverage rate of 78%. The average altitude is 850 meters and the annual average temperature is 17.9 degrees. It is a typical karst alpine platform, known as "Hecheng Tibet", and a national 4A level scenic spot. The air here is fresh and the high altitude makes the annual average temperature 5-7 ℃ lower than that in the urban area. In Baima scenic spot, tourists can appreciate the vast primitive secondary forest and enjoy the fragrance of wild azaleas.
