Hunan Dayou Juhai Agro-ecological Development Co., Ltd. with its subsidiary -Hunan Dayou Jusong Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Youzhuang”), is a comprehensive private enterprise integrating agro-ecological planting and marketing, cultural and agricultural tourism development, study tour curriculum development for students in primary and secondary schools, event organizing and planning such as academic exchanges, culture, training, sports and business activities, together with rural socialized services.

Now it is the training base of Chinese cultural center in the new era in Chenxi County, the national 3A-level scenic spot, the leading enterprise and leading poverty-support enterprise in Hunan Province, the “Provincial Xingchuang World”, the farmers’ field school and the teaching practice base of College of Science and Technology of Hunan Agricultural University, the industrial park with modern agricultural characteristics; it is also reputed as “Hunan Leisure Agricultural Manor (five-star)”, “Hunan Rural Tourism Area (five-star)”, the member unit of Hunan Leisure Agriculture Association, the chairman unit of Chenxi Tourism Association, and the “Chenxi Juhai Expert Service Station” accredited by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Education and the New Rural Development Research Institute; it is also the Vegetable Basket production base of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the agriculture and sci-tech demonstration base of Hunan Association of Senior Scientists and Technologist, and the study tour base of primary and secondary schools in Huaihua; Besides, it has established strategic cooperative relations with many institutions such as Yuelu Academy of Hunan University, Hunan Agricultural University and Huaihua University.

Youzhuang covers an area of 1,050 mu, including the mountainous area of 970 mu and the water area of 80 mu with a national type II reservoir and four mountain ponds. The four centers-eco-agriculture demonstration, cultural creativity, tourist service and healthcare of cultural ecology, have been preliminarily built. With a dining area of 2,000 square meters, a tourist reception center of 2,400 square meters and the Dayou Academy of 3,200 square meters, it has some functional venues such as Chinese filial piety, family ethics, traditional etiquette training, Central Room, Dayou culture, and four homestay buildings of 1,200 square meters. The orange orchards, such as Newhall navel orange, cover an area of 400 mu, and the orchard of yellow peach called Jinxiu covers an area of 200 mu. There are also barbecue fields, picking gardens, labor education bases, fields for traditional bow and arrow, fields for jungle cruise and outward training, and an experience museum for farming and coarse pottery.

Youzhuang with Dayou Academy will strive to build itself into a demonstration site for the rural revitalization complex with one academy, two parks, three gardens and four bases:

One academy refers to Dayou Academy with its cultural value empowering various business forms;

Two parks cover an industrial park for targeted poverty reduction and an industrial park for cultural and creative works;

Three gardens consist of a green food picking garden with green food certification, a characteristic agro-ecological leisure garden which is a rural five-star tourist spot, and the Chenzhou Farming Culture Exhibition Garden;

The four bases include the practice and training base of Xi Jinping’s Civilization in New Era, the study tour base for students in primary and secondary schools of Wuling Area, the education base for excellent traditional culture, and the field agriculture training base of Xingchuang World.
