Responsibilities

Responsible for the work related to science and technology, domestic and foreign trade, open economy, investment attraction, port, economic cooperation, and market regulation.

In charge of the Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology, the Municipal Bureau of Commerce (Port Office of the People’s Government of Huaihua City), the Municipal Administration for Market Regulation (Municipal Intellectual Property Administration), and the Municipal Agricultural Science Park.

Liaise with the Municipal Association for Science and Technology, Municipal Sub-council of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Huaihua Customs, Municipal Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, PetroChina Huaihua Marketing Branch, and Sinopec Huaihua Branch.

Profile

He Weiying, male, Han nationality, was born in April, 1980. He is a postgraduate of the Party School of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He is now serving as vice mayor of the People’s Government of Huaihua City and a member of the CPC Leadership Group of the People’s Government of Huaihua City.
