To be in charge of the General Office of the People’s Government of Huaihua City, and municipal government offices in other places.

To assist in overseeing the Research Office of the Municipal People’s Government.

Lin Hua, male, Miao nationality, was born in July, 1974. He obtained an on-the-job master’s degree and is a CPC member. He is now serving as secretary general of the People’s Government of Huaihua City; a member of the CPC Leadership Group of the People’s Government of Huaihua City; and, secretary and director of the CPC Leadership Group of the General Office of the People's Government of Huaihua City.
