Responsible for public security work.

In charge of the Huaihua Municipal Bureau of Justice and the Huaihua Municipal Bureau of Public Complaints and Proposals.

Liaise with the Huaihua Intermediate People’s Court, Huaihua People’s Procuratorate, Huaihua Secrecy Administration Bureau, Huaihua Municipal National Security Bureau, and Huaihua Detachment of the Chinese People’s Armed Police Force.

Zeng Wenqian, male, Han ethnicity, was born in September 1974. He has a bachelor’s degree. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. He currently serves as deputy mayor of the Municipal People’s Government, member of the Leading Party Group, director general of Huaihua Public Security Bureau and secretary of its Party Committee.
