Contacting the Huaihua Intermediate People’s Court, Huaihua People’s Procuratorate, Huaihua Secrecy Administration Bureau, Huaihua Municipal National Security Bureau, and Huaihua Detachment of the Chinese People’s Armed Police Force.

Zeng Wenqian, male, Han ethnicity, was born in September 1974. He has a bachelor’s degree. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. He currently serves as Deputy Mayor of People’s Government of Huaihua City, member of the Leading Party Group, Director General of Huaihua Public Security Bureau and Secretary of its Party Committee.
