Responsibilities

Responsible for education, hygiene and health, culture and tourism, medical security, radio and television, and sports.

In charge of the Huaihua Municipal Education Bureau (schools within the city’s jurisdiction), Huaihua Municipal Health Commission (Huaihua Disease Prevention and Control Bureau, and health institutions and medical institutions within the city’s jurisdiction), Huaihua Healthcare Security Administration, and Huaihua Municipal Bureau of Culture, Tourism, Radio, Television and Sport (Huaihua Municipal Cultural Heritage Bureau).

Xiang Rulian, female, Tujia ethnicity, was born in September 1979. She has a master’s degree. She is a member of the Communist Party of China. She currently serves as Deputy Mayor of People’s Government of Huaihua City and member of the Leading Party Group.
