Responsibilities 

    Responsible for work related to natural resources and planning, housing and urban-rural development, urban management and comprehensive law enforcement, state-owned assets supervision and administration, government-owned platform companies, and the integrated development of the Hecheng District and Zhongfang County.

    Oversee the Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning, Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Municipal Urban Administration Bureau, Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Municipal Urban Development Group Co., Ltd., Municipal Industrial Investment Co., Ltd., Municipal Agriculture, Forestry and Development Investment Co., Ltd., Municipal Culture, Tourism, Sports and Development Investment Co., Ltd., and Hecheng District-Zhongfang County Integrated Development Affairs Center.

Profile

Hu Heping, male, Han ethnicity, was born in December 1968. He has an MA degree and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He currently serves as deputy mayor of the Municipal People’s Government and member of the Leading Party Group.
