Responsibilities  

Responsible for technology, industry and information technology, human resources and social security, private economy, electricity and communications.

In charge of the Huaihua Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, Huaihua Industrial and Information Technology Bureau, Huaihua Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Huaihua Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, and Huaihua Economic Development Zone.

To liaise with the Huaihua Association for Science and Technology, Huaihua Municipal Trade Union, Huaihua Power Supply Branch of State Grid Hunan Electric Power Co., Ltd., Huaihua Salt Industry Company, Huaihua Municipal Postal Administration, Huaihua Branch of China Mobile Hunan Co., Ltd., China Unicom Huaihua Branch, China Telecom Huaihua Branch, and China Tower Huaihua Branch.

Profile

Zou Xingwang, male, Tujia ethnic group, was born in December 1979. He has an MA degree. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. He currently serves as Deputy Mayor of People’s Government of Huaihua City and member of the Leading Party Group.
