On June 6, participants from the Tai Chi class of Hecheng Senior University joined hands with the Sanfeng Tai Chi Team of Yingfeng Park to hold a summer fitness activity in Yushuwan. During the event, they practiced and exchanged skills in Wudang Baduanjin (a classic wellness practice passed down through thousands of years of Taoist tradition, consists of eight progressive movements that combine internal and external elements), Tai Chi 28 Forms, Tai Chi 13 Forms, Tai Chi sword and Tai Chi fan.
