On the afternoon of September 7, Wei Zhaohui, secretary of Huaihua Municipal Party Committee, held a meeting with Zhong Tianqi, Party secretary and chairman of China Paper Investment Co., Ltd., and his entourage. Also in attendance were Liu Yan, deputy general manager of China Paper Investment Co., Ltd., Party secretary and chairman of Tegeling Paper Co., Ltd.,, and Party secretary and chairman of Yueyang Forest & Paper Co., Ltd., as well as Li Weilin and Zhou Chongyan, both being the key members of Huaihua Municipal Government.

Wei, on behalf of Huaihua Municipal Party Committee and Government, firstly extended a warm welcome to Zhong Tianqi and his entourage, expressing gratitude for the significant contributions made by the subsidiaries of China Paper Investment Co., Ltd., to Huaihua’s economic and social development. She then noted that Huaihua is currently leveraging its bamboo and timber resources to build a billion-yuan new materials industrial cluster. The city's strategic planning, resource endowments, and industrial foundation align closely with the development direction of China Paper Investment Co., Ltd.,, making it an opportune and natural time to deepen cooperation between them. She hoped both parties would jointly accelerate the environmental upgrading of Juntai Technology Co., Ltd., collaborate on cultivating a bio-based new materials industrial chain, and jointly create a cooperation model between a state-owned enterprise and a local government.

Zhong thanked Huaihua Municipal Government for its concern and support for the subsidiary of China Paper Investment Co., Ltd., in Huaihua. He stated that China Paper Investment Co., Ltd., would urge JJuntai Technology Co., Ltd., to implement environmental protection rectification requirements with high standards, while increasing resource support to fully promote the optimization and strengthening of enterprises in Huaihua, so as to promote cooperation between the two parties to continuously achieve new breakthroughs and achievements.
