The first seven-day Shenji AI Phase One AIGC (AI-Generated Content) theater-grade training program recently concluded at the Huaihua City Science and Technology Museum. At the graduation ceremony, the Huaihua Shenji AI Video Creative OPC Community was officially inaugurated. Alongside the unveiling, a series of significant events took place, including the signing of admission agreements for the first batch of six outstanding trainees and strategic cooperation agreements with AI film and television enterprises from both inside and outside the province. By adopting a collaborative model that integrates “government guidance, targeted training, community incubation, and commercial order placement," the initiative has turned the concept of ” graduation equals joining the industry, and mastery leads to a commercial platform" into a tangible reality. This has created a complete ecosystem for Huaihua's AI digital talent, spanning from skill enhancement to commercial monetization.
Organized under the guidance of the Huaihua City Science and Technology Museum and hosted by Huaihua Shenji Technology Co., Ltd., this training program is the first fully immersive AIGC hands-on training project in Huaihua designed to meet theater-grade production standards. With the successful conclusion of the graduation ceremony, the unveiling of the Huaihua Shenji AI Video Creative OPC Community stands as the most symbolic achievement of this training initiative. The community is set to become Huaihua's first open productivity community dedicated to the AIGC video creative field, serving as a core commercial hub for gathering local AI creators, facilitating project matchmaking, and incubating creative ideas.
In addition, the Huaihua City Science and Technology Museum signed a business guidance agreement with Huaihua Shenji Technology Co., Ltd., agreeing to provide ongoing regulatory guidance and resource support for subsequent project operations and science popularization video content development. Huaihua Shenji Technology also signed strategic business cooperation agreements respectively with Changsha Shenyou Film and Television and Henan Fengrui Film and Television Media. Meanwhile, the first batch of six outstanding trainees signed contracts to join the OPC Community collectively. Upon graduation, these trainees are immediately integrated into the community's talent system, gaining access to supporting resources such as project matchmaking, technical support, and startup incubation.
Going forward, the Huaihua City Science and Technology Museum will guide all cooperative parties to accelerate the implementation of strategic cooperation details, and regularly carry out work such as AI digital talent training, co-building of industrial projects, and development of science popularization cultural creations. Leveraging the OPC Community, it will incubate more original local AI cultural and creative works, continuously promote the deep integration of industrial resources from outside the province with Huaihua's local talent, and help Huaihua's digital cultural and creative industry expand outward, improve quality, and enhance efficiency.
