Huaihua’s inaugural AIGC (artificial intelligence generated content) training program kicked off at Huaihua Science and Technology Museum. Guided by the museum, the training was hosted by Huaihua Shenji Technology (Shenji AI). The Malanshan Video Cultural and Creative Industrial Park in Changsha offered support concerning industrial ecology, and Shenyou Pictures, a key resident enterprise of the park, provided core technological backing. This event marked a practice that brought provincial cultural and creative industry resources to Huaihua and fueled the growth of the local market.

Partnering with Malanshan Video Cultural and Creative Industrial Park, Huaihua Science and Technology Museum has given full play to the industrial platform’s clustering effect. It delivers industry standards and industrial ecology resources and opens up channels for provincial industrial resources to empower prefecture‑level cities. Drawing on its experience in theater‑grade content production, Shenyou Pictures has developed a complete AIGC technical training curriculum and brand‑oriented commercial operation methodologies. The local firm Shenji AI undertakes on‑site course delivery, dedicated computing‑power support and full‑cycle enterprise tracking services. Together they have established a well‑rounded mechanism featuring “provincial industrial resources plus local implementation services”, enabling Huaihua residents to acquire frontline hands‑on AIGC know‑how at home.

The seven‑day training program contains 64 class hours. Its faculty consists of frontline industry practitioners including senior producers, corporate marketing planners, professional cinematography supervisors, AIGC producers, screenwriters, content generators, communications specialists, digital‑art planners and short‑drama directors. Its curriculum covers key practical scenarios such as AI‑produced promotional videos, hit short‑form and comic drama operation and the full‑chain deployment of digital humans. Trainees are guided to build their personalized AI content‑production pipelines. The course helps individuals sharpen their employability, enables local enterprises to cut costs and raise efficiency, assists local brands in expanding their nationwide influence, and infuses new momentum into the high‑quality development of Huaihua’s digital cultural and creative sector.
