On the afternoon of April 22, Wei Zhaohui, deputy secretary of the Huaihua Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, met with a delegation led by Xue Anqing, chairman of the Central China Regional Headquarters (Haixi Regional Headquarters) of CCCC, to exchange views on advancing projects and deepening cooperation. Yu Jianyong, a municipal leader, and Lin Hua, secretary-general of the Huaihua Municipal People's Government, attended the meeting.

She noted that as a world-leading comprehensive service provider in the field of mega infrastructure and urban construction, CCCC boasts broad cooperation potential with Huaihua city in improving the comprehensive transportation network and upgrading urban functions and quality.At present, Huaihua is firmly pursuing the blueprint of the "Three Highs and Four News" strategy, redoubling efforts to implement the "Five News and Four Cities" strategy, and solidly advancing the four key initiatives of port, industry, city and tourism, in a bid to build itself into a regional central city in the border area of five provinces.Huaihua looks forward to deepening practical cooperation with CCCC to jointly plan and launch a number of high-quality, foundational and long-term projects in areas such as urban quality improvement, international land port development, and integrated cultural and tourism development. The city will provide all-round support for the group’s development in Huaihua.
Xue thanked Huaihua for its care and support, and gave a detailed introduction to the enterprise’s development and investment intentions. He stated that Huaihua enjoys an excellent geographical location, broad industrial development space and a sound business environment.Going forward, the group will seize the major development opportunities in Huaihua, give full play to its own strengths, further deepen cooperation and promote the implementation of projects, so as to make greater contributions to the high-quality economic and social development of Huaihua.
