On the morning of March 20, 2026, the inauguration ceremony of Huaihua International Land Port Domestic & Foreign Trade Comprehensive Service Center was held. Wei Zhaohui, deputy secretary of Huaihua Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Huaihua City, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. Chen Weimin, chairman of EASYAYA Supply Chain Co., Ltd., also delivered an address. Yin Peiguo, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and executive vice mayor of Huaihua, presided over the ceremony. Hu Huan, president of Hunan Provincial Import and Export Industry Association and deputy general manager of Hunan International Trade Group, and Lin Hua, secretary-general of the Municipal Government, also attended the event.
Located in the core area of the Multimodal Transport Center of Huaihua International Land Port, the service center adopts mature one-stop overseas service standards, covering six core sectors: policy, legal affairs, finance and taxation, market, human resources, and risk control. It provides full-chain, full-cycle, and global service coverage through the model of “online platform + offline stations + professional institution alliance”. The center integrates service resources from commerce, customs, taxation, finance and other sectors, offering one-stop services including customs declaration, inspection, tax rebate and financing, enabling foreign trade enterprises to “handle all affairs without leaving the port”.
Wei pointed out that the inauguration of Huaihua International Land Port Domestic & Foreign Trade Comprehensive Service Center is an innovative measure for Huaihua to deepen the “Enterprise Service Year” campaign, and also an important carrier to stimulate the development momentum of the international land port and strengthen the open economy. The city will meticulously build a “Six Ones” full-chain service system, namely one offline center, one online platform, one workflow, a group of partners, one training system and a professional team, so that enterprises can obtain comprehensive and professional services, link global resources and enhance international competitiveness through one-stop access. Huaihua will continue to improve service functions, upgrade intelligent systems, and expand the cooperation ecosystem, so that “Handling Affairs with Ease While Staying in Huaihua” becomes a real experience for enterprises. It will enable more enterprises to go global from here and achieve business connectivity worldwide, contributing more Huaihua strength to Hunan’s effort to build a highland of reform and opening-up in inland areas.
In Chen’s address, he stated that EASYAYA will give full play to its advantages in global network, full-chain services and digital capabilities. Focusing on core demands such as warehousing and distribution, customs clearance convenience, trade matching, financial empowerment and logistics integration, the company will build a one-stop, high-efficiency and low-cost comprehensive service platform. This will help characteristic products of Huaihua and the border areas of Hunan and Guizhou go global efficiently, and bring high-quality global resources into Huaihua conveniently, so as to strengthen port-side industries and optimize the opening-up ecosystem.
