We must uphold the integration of problem-oriented, goal-oriented, and outcome-oriented approaches, focusing on enhancing the effectiveness of reforms. Efforts should be made to concentrate on key tasks such as the reform of the management systems of cultural institutions and state-owned scenic areas, with an emphasis on systemic integration and comprehensive advancement. We must accelerate the transformation of ecological advantages into development strengths and drive the implementation of reforms to achieve tangible results with the perseverance symbolized by the spirit of driving nails.
We need to strengthen innovative, systematic and bottom-line thinking, and comprehensively enhance the capacity to deliver on reforms. We will learn from proven experience and conduct differentiated explorations, focus on coordinated collaboration, and build iconic reform brands. We will complete the rectification of the first batch of 12 key projects in accordance with laws or regulations by the end of this year, and must conduct risk assessments on social stability and solicit public participation for reforms relevant to the vital interests of the people. Going forward, we will continue to shore up weaknesses, strengthen strong points and foster competitive edges, and with the tangible outcomes of reforms, provide solid support for building a new highland of reform and opening-up in inland areas.
