At the Municipal Urban Management Bureau's command center, Hu Heping inquired in detail about the city's safety operation duty roster and the operation of "online + offline" patrols. He demanded strict implementation of the duty roster system to ensure an efficient and smooth command system with timely responses, continued strengthening of urban operation monitoring and urban environmental order control, comprehensive investigation and rectification of various safety hazards, and all-out efforts to ensure a safe, orderly, clean, and smooth city during the Spring Festival, thus creating a stable, peaceful, clean, and orderly environment.

At Jiahui Supermarket’s Citizen Square branch, Hu Heping carefully inspected food safety, price stability, and quality assurance, requiring market supervision departments and supermarkets to do their utmost to ensure food safety and price stability during the holiday.

Visiting Xin'ao Gas Co., Ltd. and Hunan Zhongmin Gas Co., Ltd., Hu Heping carefully inspected the companies' safety management and the application of intelligent technologies, urging company leaders to continuously improve safety management levels and ensure the safety and convenience of gas use for the public. 

At Laobaixing Pharmacy’s Baoyuan Store and Shizaiyouwei Restaurant’s Baoyuan Store, Hu Heping carefully inspected the quality and safety of catering food and medicines, emphasizing the need to strengthen the whole-chain supervision of catering food and medicine safety, and resolutely safeguard the bottom line of food and medicine safety.

At Huaihua Shenglong Amusement Park, Hu Heping carefully inspected the operation and safety management of large-scale amusement facilities, requiring the company to shoulder its main responsibility for safe production, to implement dynamic management of safety risk prevention and control, and to effectively build a solid safety defense line.
