Pooling Wisdom and Strength to Deepen Party-Building Integration

"We will develop new forms of experience-based and practice-based reading sharing sessions and joint problem-solving activities to sustain integration and advancement. A three-in-one promotion model will be established, combining 'Party building guidance, scholarly vibes, and professional empowerment.' A 'reading points system' will be implemented to encourage extensive reading among Party members and officials." Recently, the Policy Research Office of the Huaihua Municipal Party Committee organized a "Golden Idea Solicitation" campaign to drive high-quality development in Party building and policy research work. Party members and officials actively shared their insights and engaged in intellectual exchanges, proposing innovative strategies to address key priorities such as bridging the gap between Party building and professional work, enhancing the "Scholarly Policy Research" brand, and motivating officials to take initiative.

This solicitation campaign aims to deepen the integration of Party building with policy research operations, transforming Party members and officials from mere "observers" of Party building policy formulation into active "participants." It seeks to further polish the "Scholarly Policy Research" Party building brand and pool collective wisdom and strength to enhance the quality and efficiency of policy research work. Since its launch, the campaign has garnered enthusiastic responses, collecting over 30 substantive suggestions covering four key areas—political construction, brand enhancement, team development, and assessment incentives—contributing fresh ideas to advance the deep integration of Party building and professional work. The Party branch committee has placed great emphasis on maximizing the value of these "golden ideas," incorporating outstanding proposals into the 2026 policy research Party building work priorities and relevant rules and regulations. By focusing efforts on optimizing institutional foundations and deepening brand empowerment, it aims to inject a steady stream of "red momentum" into the high-quality development of policy research work.
