On the afternoon of December 11, the People’s Government of Huaihua and Sinopec Hunan Petroleum Branch signed a cooperation framework agreement. The two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation in many aspects, including oil and gas network and new energy, enterprise-local government co-construction, safety and environmental protection, market purification, and the development of famous, high-quality and special products. Wei Zhaohui, Deputy Secretary of the CCP municipal committee and Acting Mayor of Huaihua, and Tan Fei, General Manager and deputy secretary of the CCP committee of Sinopec Hunan Petroleum Branch, attended the signing ceremony and delivered speeches. Wu Shisheng, Deputy General Manager of Sinopec Hunan Petroleum Branch, Yin Peiguo, a municipal leader of Huaihua, and Ma Yuan, Secretary-General of the Municipal Government of Huaihua, also attended. On behalf of the CCP municipal committee and the municipal overnment of Huaihua, Wei Zhaohui expressed gratitude to Sinopec Hunan Petroleum Branch for its long-term concern and support for Huaihua's economic and social development. She stated that Huaihua is currently at a crucial stage of accumulating strength and seizing opportunities, and at this new stage and starting point of development, it is even more necessary to work hand in hand with Sinopec Hunan Petroleum Branch. She looked forward to both sides jointly promoting the implementation and effectiveness of the framework agreement, jointly planning for energy transformation and green development, and jointly promoting the production and sales of Huaihua's local products. Huaihua will provide the utmost sincerity, the best service, and the most practical measures to ensure that all aspects of the framework agreement take root, blossom, and bear fruit.
Tan Fei thanked the CCP municipal committee and the municipal government of Huaihua for their strong support and hoped that both sides would jointly build a "new ecosystem" of green energy, act as "defenders" of market order, establish a "fast track" for local specialties to reach wider markets, and jointly create a "good ecosystem" of enterprise-local collaboration. Sinopec Hunan Petroleum Branch will fulfill its responsibilities under the agreement with the firmest determination and the most pragmatic measures, and work with Huaihua to write a new chapter in enterprise-local cooperation and green development.
