To thoroughly implement the “Regulations on Optimizing the Business Environment of Hunan Province”, strengthen social oversight of the business environment, and consolidate efforts for collaborative discussions, joint construction, and shared benefits in optimizing the business environment of Huaihua city, the opening ceremony of 2025-2028 Annual Business Environment Supervision and Evaluation Points was held on September 29.

It is understood that the supervision and evaluation points and supervisors to better the city’s business environment involve a total of 159 enterprises (including chambers of commerce and business associations). As “observation posts” for the business environment, these supervision and evaluation points aim to establish direct communication channels with market entities and create an efficient and convenient supervision and monitoring system. Supervisors can participate in activities such as business environment-related seminars, research, undercover inspections, and policy formulation to gather feedback on opinions and suggestions from business operators during their operations, provide clues to misconducts that harm the business environment, promote laws, regulations, and measures related to optimizing the business environment, and offer recommendations for the authority to build a first-class comprehensively optimized business environment.

In recent years, Huaihua Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government have regarded the construction of a good business environment as a top priority in promoting high-quality economic development of the city. They have introduced a series of policy measures to collect and solve a large number of urgent and difficult problems faced by enterprises, for the purpose of providing strong support and power for the economic development of the city.
