With the upcoming of Army Day (August 1), on July 28, Xu Zhongjian, secretary of Huaihua Municipal Party Committee, and He Zunqing, deputy secretary of Huaihua Municipal Party Committee and secretary of Huaihua Municipal Political and Legal Affairs Committee, visited the troops in Huaihua and expressed their sincere solicitude to the military officers and soldiers. Xu added that the Huaihua Municipal Party Committee and Government would fully support national defense modernization and military modernization, implement detailed policies to support the military staff and give preferential treatment to their families, and further create a good social atmosphere that cares about national defense, loves the military, and respects soldiers.
