In order to promote the implementation of the newly issued “Quality Management Standards for Medical Device Online Sales” and encourage medical device operating enterprises to further implement the operation, the city-wide medical device operating enterprise quality management special training course, hosted by the Huaihua Market Supervision Administration and organized by the Municipal Medical Device Industry Association, officially opened on June 5th, 2025.
This training breaks through the traditional single teaching method and adopts a dual track teaching mode of “theoretical teaching+on-site practical operation in enterprises”. In the theoretical stage, experts not only focused on interpreting the “Quality Management Standards for Medical Device Online Operations”, but also combined with practical work to explain in detail the key points of quality management standards and risk prevention and control for typical problems commonly encountered by enterprises in the implementation process, from qualification acquisition, procurement inspection, warehousing management, transportation and distribution to after-sales service.
At the site of Hunan Juyide Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., Shangyao Holdings (Huaihua) Co., Ltd. and other enterprises, enterprise personnel served as on-site lecturers to transform abstract regulatory provisions into concrete and executable operational steps for demonstration. “Watching it live is better than listening to it ten times in class,” the students highly praised this immersive experience.
The relevant person in charge of the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau stated that this training has significantly improved the learning effect and knowledge conversion efficiency through innovative models.
