On the morning of June 7, Xu Zhongjian, secretary of the CPC Huaihua Municipal Committee, makes an inspection tour of the Examination Command Center of the Huaihua Municipal Education Bureau and venues for NCEE such as Huaihua No. 3 Middle School, Huaihua No. 1 Middle School, and Hutian Middle School. He wished all the candidates could perform at their best and achieve excellent results. He emphasized the need to spare no efforts to study and put into practice General Secretary Xi Jinping’s statement on education, consistently apply the people - centered development philosophy, provide good services, and make every effort to ensure the NCEE is safe, stable, and orderly. He Zunqing, the deputy secretary of the CPC Huaihua Municipal Committee and secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee of the CPC Huaihua Municipal Committee, and municipal leaders Li Weilin and Hu Heping also participated in the inspection.

At the the Examination Command Center of the Huaihua Municipal Education Bureau, Xu Zhongjian inspected the real-time operation of the video surveillance system. He emphasized that the college entrance examination (also known as Gaokao) is a major event of great societal concern, significantly impacting the interests of numerous students and their families. Departments at all levels must heighten their sense of political responsibility, strengthen coordination, implement arrangements meticulously, standardize examination administration, and spare no effort to ensure that the NCEE is safe, fair, and caring. Guarantees for services should be reinforced, including traffic management, noise control, food safety, and stable electricity and water supplies during the examination. This will actively create a secure and comfortable environment for NCEE, helping candidates take the exams in a calm and relaxing mind, hoping them to achieve their best results.

At examination venues including Huaihua No. 3 High School, Huaihua No. 1 High School, and Hutian High School, Xu Zhongjian inquired into the implementation of the preparations for NCEE, such as room arrangements, online monitoring systems, and emergency support measures. He urged examination staff to strictly carry out invigilation duties, deliver all requirements for test paper transportation, storage, distribution, invigilation, and collection, rigorously enforce examination discipline, and standardize examination procedures to ensure the NCEE proceeds smoothly and orderly.

At the Hutian High School examination venue, Xu Zhongjian visited and expressed regards to the police officers on duty. He encouraged them to hold their posts, fully enhance traffic guidance and safety management around the campus, implement contingency measures, and promptly respond to and handle various emergencies. This is to effectively build a solid safety net for the NCEE, so that parents can feel reassured and students can take the exam with peace of mind.
