Huaihua deploys the next phase of the action
On June 11, the Promotion Meeting for the "Intelligence Empowering Thousands of Enterprises" Action kicked off in the city of Huaihua. Yin Peiguo, member of the Standing Committee of the Huaihua Municipal Party Committee and executive vice mayor of Huaihua Municipal Government, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Attendees included Zou Xingwang, member of the Standing Committee of the Huaihua Municipal Party Committee and Vice Mayor of Huaihua Municipal Government.
Yin was fully amenable to the achievements of the action. He accentuated that for the upcoming phase of the action, the whole city ought to resolutely implement the spirit of the Hunan Promotion Meeting for the "Intelligence Empowering Tens of Thousands of Enterprises" Action, and thus give due weight to the "Five Major Projects” as follows：
- The Digital Infrastructure Project: We will align the implementation with the principles of moderate advancement and joint construction and sharing. This goal entails facilitating the construction of information networks, continuously strengthening the computing capacity as a guarantee, and improving basic services platforms.
- The Echelon Transformation Project: We will implement the project in line with classified guidance and precise policies in a bid to maintain the leading roles of leading enterprises, help above-scale industrial enterprises to transform comprehensively, and guide small and medium-sized enterprises to transform gradually.
- The Full-chain Transformation Project: The thorough implementation requires our focus on key links and key areas such as R&D and design, production and manufacturing, operation and management, and sales services in the manufacturing industry, and on expanding application scenarios of digital technologies in the hope of promoting a deep integration of digital technologies and manufacturing.
- The Element Guarantee Project: The implementation necessitates the reinforced support of key elements such as financial support, data elements, and talent on a consistent basis.
- The Demonstration Leading Project: To implement the project, we will prioritize the leading roles of demonstration and scenario examples, highlight policy guidance, and unremittingly stimulate the internal driving force of enterprises through "intelligent transformation and digital transformation".
Against this backdrop, it is imperative that we establish and improve mechanisms such as collaborative linkage, special class promotion, supervision and incentive, and publicity and promotion, thus providing a solid guarantee for the normalization and long-term validity of the action.
At the meeting, various participants addressed speeches and they were with the government of Zhongfang County, Huaihua High-tech Zone, Huaihua Unicom Company, and Hunan Hengguang Technology Co., Ltd.
