On May 14, Huaihua City and TusStar signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement. The two parties will focus on the field of technological innovation, accelerate the incubation and cultivation of innovative entities, and empower high-quality industrial development with technological innovation. The Municipal Science and Technology Bureau signed a contract with TusStar (Changsha). Zou Xingwang, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Deputy Mayor, and Liu Xueliang, Director of Incubation Business of TusHoldings and Executive Deputy General Manager of TusStar, attended and witnessed the signing of the contract.
It is reported that the parent company of TusStar Changsha is Tus-Incubator, whose predecessor was Tsinghua Entrepreneurship Park which was established in 1999. It has incubated more than 5,000 companies, including more than 200 companies in Hunan.
At present, Huaihua is focusing on building a "5+10" modern industrial system, and has built a number of innovative and entrepreneurial carriers such as "Land Port Innovator & Home". It is in urgent need of introducing professional teams to activate innovative momentum and promote the full-chain incubation and accelerated growth of small and micro enterprises. The in-depth cooperation between Huaihua and TusStar (Changsha) will give full play to the advantages of the "incubation + project + investment" model, focus on the cultivation of start-up projects, and carry out full-chain innovation incubation such as recruitment, incubation, coaching and investment of scientific and technological innovation projects to accelerate the cultivation of innovative entities. At the same time, it will enable the full-cycle growth of start-ups, from technology docking to capital introduction, provide "one-stop" precise services, combine Huaihua's key characteristic industries, and cultivate a group of promising enterprises with high growth potential, with a view to helping Huaihua build a highland of scientific and technological innovation in the border regions of the five provinces.
