Since the beginning of this year, Zhongfang County has prioritized investment promotion as a key driver of high-quality economic development, taking proactive and targeted measures to achieve breakthroughs. These efforts have injected strong momentum into the county's socioeconomic growth. From January to April, Zhongfang signed 13 new out-of-province projects, including four projects valued at 200–500 million yuan, two projects worth 1 billion yuan or more, and three projects initiated by returning Hunan entrepreneurs, with a total contracted investment of 3.463 billion yuan. All 13 projects have completed company registration and development reform filings, achieving a 100% fulfillment rate.

On May 13, at Hunan Yinghang Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. in Zhongfang County Industrial Development Zone, stamping machines hummed rhythmically as metal buckles and zipper heads took shape in molds. Quality inspectors used precision instruments to check dimensions and load-bearing capacity, ensuring each product met export standards. As one of this year’s investment projects, the company specializes in manufacturing TV components, small household appliances, and luggage accessories, with an expected annual export value of 150 million yuan, including 10 million yuan from luggage parts. It will also drive industrial synergy, helping other local specialty products expand into overseas markets.

Zhongfang County has consistently treated investment promotion as a "top-leader project," actively implementing a "Going-out and Bringing-in" strategy. Officials of the County Committee and the County Government have frequently visited the Greater Bay Area, Yangtze River Delta, and Pearl River Delta regions to attract investments, precisely aligning with industrial chains and adapting to new trends in investment promotion. By leveraging the cluster effect of festivals and exhibitions, the county has accelerated project implementation and industrial agglomeration. Through specialized promotion events, industry chain salons, and government-business dialogues, it has precisely matched enterprise needs, helping businesses connect with upstream and downstream resources and explore new markets. The county has also restructured its investment task force, optimized teams, and consolidated resources, offering “one-stop” services that significantly reduce approval and registration time for enterprises. Tangible benefits like land supply, tax incentives, and financial assistance are provided to enterprises.
