On May 10, the special job fair “Hunan Talents for Hunan”( one of the 2025 series of actions in Hunan province to promote college graduates to stay in Hunan) was held in Hunan University.

This job fair, featuring large scale and a high degree of digital intelligence, provides a platform for Hunan Province to keep and attract talents. Making full use of online and offline platforms and multiple levels as well as multiple channels, the authorities relevant to human resources and social security and the service organizations for human resources in Huaihua City have carried out an extensive publicity and mobilization in terms of job information targeted for college graduates.

In recent years, as a golden passage connecting the central and western regions with Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, Huaihua, taking the construction of the International Land Port as a driver, has developed a “5 plus 10” modern industrial chain. Industrial clusters such as cross-border e-commerce, international logistics, and bio-medicine have gained an inexorable development. More than 70 human resources and social security service stations have formed a “Job Service Circle”. With the improvement of supporting facilities like talent apartments, education and medical care, a broad stage has been provided for young talents to innovate and start businesses.

It is reported that this job fair provides 300 high-quality positions in a total of 20 key enterprises in Huaihua City, covering digital economy, cultural tourism, modern agriculture and other sectors. For some positions, the maximum annual salary exceeds 200,000 yuan. The scope of recruitment needs has been expanded, with more diverse positions available.

What merits is that the Huaihua Zone under the title of “ Home of Understanding You” is to let you have a full understanding of the talent-attracting policies or incentives. These include housing and living subsidies for full-time talents introduced, work subsidies for part-time talents, the “Wuxi Youth Talent” Supportive Plan, the “Land-Port Maker & Home” Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubation Base, the recruitment notices for Huaihua “Port-Trained Graduates” and Huaihua “Land-Port Partners”. This enabled graduates present to fully understand the advantages of employment and entrepreneurship in Huaihua, and experience the harmonious atmosphere of inclusiveness, tolerance and openness in Huaihua.

“It’s really convenient. I just conducted a virtual search for job information, and the information provided is very comprehensive.” Hu Hongji from Central South University of Forestry and Technology told the reporter, expressing his hope to find a position matching his skills in Zhijiang, closer to his hometown .

So far, a total of 306 resumes have been received in the job fair, with 103 candidates expressing their intent to work in Huaihua.
