On April 28th, with the matchmaking of the Communist Youth League of Huaihua Municipal Committee, the Communist Youth League of the Hecheng District Committee, cooperated with the Communist Youth League Committee of Huaihua University and that of Hunan University of Medicine. These committees jointly held the launching ceremony of the School-Community Youth Action Project for the Co-construction of Communist Youth League with the theme of "Consolidating Hecheng District through volunteering Collaboration between schools and communities”, and then signed the pairing and co-construction agreement.

Under the terms of the agreement, the three parties will carry out social practices and cooperation in such areas as industrial development, rural revitalization, grassroots governance, and volunteer services in a bid to explore new paths for young people to serve community governance. This signing-up opens a new chapter for in-depth cooperation between the Communist Youth League of schools and that of the local government. It also exerts a positive influence on guiding and motivating young students to know much more about Huaihua. This means that they could in high likelihood contribute to and help rejuvenate the city.

Looking forward, the municipal government aims to promote the project in a concrete manner. In this case, it will endeavor to foster, against the backdrop of the new era, a great consternation of outstanding, conscientious, ambitious and responsible young people capable of striving for the ultimate goal. It will also forge ahead with innovation and the acceleration of building up a long-term, close, and effective cooperative relationship with the supporting universities so as to ensure resource sharing and complementing each other in advantages.

At the ceremony, the unveiling ceremony of the "Training Base for the Youth Talent Cultivation Plan" was implemented and letters of appointment were issued to young students.
