During the survey, the research team listened to the development demands of enterprises face to face, and helped enterprises solve difficulties in policy enjoyment, export tax rebate, customs clearance, financing and settlement.

“After learning that we have a demand for export tax rebate, the tax department quickly formed a team to provide guidance and advance warning of tax related risks. Now the enterprise’s export business has entered the right track, and the benefits are gradually emerging.” Yang Jing, the person in charge of Huaihua Tiantian Food Technology Co., Ltd., introduced that the overall sales target of the enterprise this year is 180 million yuan, of which the overseas market is an important growth point. On the way of “going global”, the department of taxations and customs have given a lot of guidance and help, and thoughtful services and risk warnings have made the “Huaiwei Rice noodles” more promising.

At Sany Environmental Industry Co., Ltd., the head of the company, Zhang Shufang, stated that with the expansion of the company’s business, more products will be sold overseas, and there is an urgent need for guidance in customs declaration and export tax refund application. The department of taxations and customs’ face-to-face policy and problem-solving are very timely. The enterprise will further standardize its business management, refine high-end new energy environmental sanitation special vehicle products, and strive to become a leading equipment and service provider in the domestic environmental sanitation machinery and intelligent robots industry.

It is reported that in order to deeply implement the cooperation opinions of the State Administration of Taxation and the General Administration of Customs on “promoting data sharing and deepening collaborative governance”, in recent years, the Huaihua Tax Bureau and Huaihua Customs have continued to deepen cooperation and signed the “Strategic Cooperation Agreement to Support the High-quality Development of Huaihua’s Open Economy,” effectively promoting the upgrading of Huaihua’s International Land Port level and the high-quality development of its open economy. In the first quarter of this year, Huaihua International Land Port operated 266 trains, an increase of 46.2%, and the city’s foreign trade import and export reached 3.54 billion yuan, an increase of 9.3%. The foreign trade “circle of friends” reached 148 countries and regions.
