Xu Zhongjian pointed out that the Fourth Provincial Tourism Development Conference has come to a successful conclusion, and Yueyang City has handed over the conference flag to Huaihua City, marking the full launch of the preparations for the Fifth Provincial Tourism Development Conference at the provincial level, and Huaihua has officially entered the stage of tackling tough problems and sprints. All levels and departments of the city should further enhance their sense of responsibility, mission and urgency, truly become highly motivated, take comprehensive actions, and go all out to grasp all preparatory work.
Xu Zhongjian emphasized that it is necessary to innovate the ideas and concepts of the conference, earnestly learn from the good experiences and practices of previous provincial tourism development conferences, vigorously explore market-oriented, sustainable, pragmatic and economical conference mechanisms, be good at spending less money to do more work, and do things without spending money, and continue to amplify the city-building effect of the conference. We must focus on key tasks, adhere to the "hardware" and "software", do a solid job in conference preparation, speed up project construction, increase the publicity of themes such as "Blessed Huaihua·Understands You Like Home" and BlessedHuaihua’s Four Seasons, and do a good job in tourism market marketing promotion and customer source diversion, Xu noted. We must push forward the implementation of work in batches, earnestly carry out "looking back", have a clear idea of the progress of various tasks, and insist on solving all the problems, and we must fully implement the action plan, reverse the construction period, clarify the timetable, roadmap, and task book, strictly follow the scheduled progress, and strive to advance ahead of the scheduled progress, Xu added. The "1-3-7" working method will be fully implemented, that is, the command centers or responsible persons of all projects must be deployed every day, all project joint point leaders must be deployed at least once every 3 days, and each group and special group of the Executive Committee Office must be deployed every 7 days to study and solve practical problems in a timely manner.
