Seek substance amid discussions and continue forging ahead in the new year
The morning of January 15th was a special time when the Huaihua Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security held the 2025 Work Planning Meeting. The meeting comprehensively summarized the work done in 2024 and carefully planned the key tasks for 2025. Zou Xingwang, member of the Standing Committee of the Huaihua Municipal Party Committee and vice mayor of the Huaihua Municipal Government, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
According to Zou, in 2024, the human resources and social security system of the whole city focused on the central tasks and served for the overall situation. It proposed several key tasks and thus improved work in these tasks including employment, social security, talent management, labor relations, and services and guarantees dedicated to migrant workers in a way featuring "stability, innovation, practicality, and strictness", thereby amply demonstrating responsibilities and achievements of the system.
It is necessary to elevate the political stance, strengthen the political responsibility, recognize changes with preciseness, and respond to these changes scientifically and voluntarily. Furthermore, it is essential to comprehensively deepen reforms, stabilize employment, enhance skills, boost incomes, prevent risks, implement new arrangements, and meet requirements from the Central Government of CPC, as well as from the Hunan Provincial Government and the Huaihua Municipal Government without compromise, stressed by Zou.
As a result, we must fully understand the situation, highlight key work areas, and strengthen self-construction. This means that we will emphasize the building of the cadre team while promoting the functions of human resources and social security. We will translate "ideas" into "actions" and then "actions" into "regulations". We will create the momentum, seize opportunities, and even devise various strategies against risks and difficulties. We will carry out tasks one by one and achieve results in each item, contributing to the high-quality development of Huaihua through the use of the human resources and the efforts of the social security system.
During the meeting, the completion situations of several tasks were reviewed and analyzed by heads of relevant departments of the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security. They also presented ideas, discussed measures, and planned development blueprints in light of the actual situation. Thus, a series of valuable and targeted suggestions were put forward one after another, further consolidating the foundation for the high-quality development of human resources and social security work.
