On the morning of December 9th, Xu Zhongjian, secretary of Huaihua Municipal Party Committee, met successively with the heads of Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and Hunan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism on in-depth implementation of the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the deployment requirements of Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Hunan Provincial Government to win more guidance and supports for jointly promoting the development of characteristic and advantageous industries of Huaihua city.

During the meeting with Wang Wei'an, secretary of the Party Group and general director of Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Xu expressed gratitude for the long-term care and support of Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology for the development of Huaihua. Xu said that Huaihua, by deeply studying and implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on new industrialization, makes every effort to promote enterprise cultivation, industrial shaping, industrial chain construction, industrial ecological optimization and so on. Now Huaihua has made steady progress on economic and industrial development. Xu hoped that the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology would provide more guidance and support to Huaihua in the development of characteristic industrial clusters and large-scale equipment updates for industrial enterprises. Wang stated that Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology would conscientiously, by implementing the deployment requirements of Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Hunan Provincial Government, increase support for Huaihua's efforts to strengthen its characteristic industrial clusters and assist in the high-quality development of Huaihua's industry and information technology.

During a meeting with Li Aiwu, deputy minister of the Publicity Department of Hunan Provincial Party Committee, secretary of the Party Group and general director of the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, Xu thanked Hunan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism for its long term strong support to Huaihua’s economic development. Xu noted that Huaihua, by deeply studying and implementing general secretary Xi Jinping's cultural ideology and important discourse on tourism development, carefully prepares for the 5th Hunan Tourism Development Conference, accelerates the construction of cultural and tourism projects, deeply promotes the integrated development of culture and tourism, comprehensively promotes cultural and tourism brands such as “Huaihua, A Blessed Land", and strives to make Huaihua a first-class national tourism and vacation destination. Xu hoped that Hunan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism would provide more guidance and support for Huaihua's preparations for the 5th Provincial Tourism Development Conference and the creation of a national level cultural and tourism brand. Li stated that Hunan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism would actively support Huaihua's preparations for the 5th Provincial Tourism Development Conference in accordance with the deployment requirements of Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, so as to make Huaihua's cultural and tourism work and industry reach new heights.
