It allows the public to feel the profound “temperature” brought by “Warm Social Security - Social Security Services Entering into Every Household” during the activity, enhancing the recognition, participation, and satisfaction with social security services and increasing the sense of gain, happiness, and security among insured personnel.
“How can employees protect their rights and interests after being injured?” “Can social cards be processed online?” The main venue of the activity, the “live broadcast connection” interactive area, the social security handling area, and the social security policy publicity area were crowded with people, and the scene was hustle and bustle. Staff members explain relevant policies to the public in detail by setting up publicity boards, policy consultation desks, and distributing publicity materials, and assist the public in completing relevant procedures through online service platforms for hot issues in processing social security business, reducing the difficulty in doing things for the public.
“This event is so great. I had some misunderstandings about social security policies before, but today I’ve clarified everything here. Moreover, some services can be handled on the spot, which is really convenient,” said Mr. Zhang. According to reports, more than 2,000 leaflets were distributed during this activity and policy inquiries from over 400 individuals were answered, receiving widespread acclaim and appreciation from the public.
In recent years, the human resources and social security, and tax departments in Huaihua have worked together to implement “targeted policies” for precise expansion of coverage using more detailed data, stronger auditing and enforcement, and more innovative publicity. The number of people participating in and receiving benefits from the three major insurance types, including old-age, work-related injury, and unemployment, has reached over 4.4 million, allowing more citizens to enjoy the benefits.
