On November 6, Huaihua City held a symposium on the tenth anniversary of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the national literature and art work symposium. Le Yi, secretary of the Party committee and vice chairman nominee of the Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles of Hunan, and Hu Chen, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee of Huaihua and Director of the Municipal Party Committee Publicity Department of Huaihua, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Le Yi pointed out in his speech that at present, Huaihua is anchoring the beautiful blueprint of "Three Highlands and Four New Missions", deeply implementing the strategy of "Five New Mission and Four Orientations", and striving to build a modern new Huaihua, which means a lot for literary and art workers. He emphasized that the majority of literary and art workers in Huaihua should strengthen theoretical armament and continue to study and implement Xi Jinping's cultural thoughts in depth, and that we must demonstrate our mission and always serve the overall situation of the Party and the country, focus on our main responsibilities and strive to launch more literary and artistic masterpieces, carry forward the new style and positive energy, strive to build a large-scale team of outstanding talents, and strive to write a new chapter in Huaihua's literary and artistic work on the new journey.

The meeting required that the city's literary and artistic circles should thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping's cultural thoughts and bravely shoulder the cultural mission of the new era.
