On the afternoon of October 10, Xu Zhongjian, secretary of the municipal party committee of Huaihua City, presided over a meeting to study the planning and design of key cultural tourism projects in main urban district of Huaihua. He stressed that we must thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on tourism development, conscientiously implement the deployment requirements of the Hunan Provincial Tourism Industry Development Promotion Conference, seize the major opportunity of hosting the Fifth Hunan Tourism Development Conference, highlight the "one axis and three points" strategy, accelerate the planning and construction of key cultural tourism projects in the main urban district, and strive to create landmark cultural and tourism projects and landmark projects in Huaihua.
