According to The High-foot Racing Competition Rules: (1) two athletes are limited for the 100-meter speed race, with top six ones participating in the preliminary round and top three in the final; (2) only one team from each unit is selected for the 2x200-meter relay race and 4x100-meter mixed relay race, winning 7, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 scores for their team; (3) the first and third legs of the mixed relay race are for women while the second and fourth legs are for men, with such alternating way to win the prize.

After a fierce competition, Liping County delegation of Guizhou province won the team championship, Chengbu Miao Autonomous County delegation the runner-up, and Tongdao Dong Autonomous County delegation the third place. In addition to trophies, the organizers also awarded the winning teams with pyrotechnic roasted whole lamb, roast goose, roast duck and other agricultural products according to their grades.
