On July 15, a special training class for Huaihua on improving the capability of preventing and defusing financial risk was held at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Sixty cadres from relevant municipal units and counties (cities, districts) responsible for prevention and defuse of financial risk and other related work participated in the training.

Dominated by centralized teaching, this training is supplemented by on-site teaching and group discussions. Research and planning are conducted carefully and systematically in terms of curriculum, teacher, method and logistics. Focusing on the  central task of preventing and defusing major risks, the training class sets many  courses related to local government investment and financing methods and risk prevention, current financial policies and financial prevention, and the revitalization and use of state-owned assets according to local conditions, aiming to boost cadres’ strategic thinking and overall vision contributing to improve their capabilities of preventing and defusing financial risk.

The trainees said, with such a good opportunity for this training class, they will spare no efforts to figure out the theoretical knowledge and advanced concepts of such kind, and bring back the effective experience for financial development and risk prevention in Huaihua, contributing more to the high-quality economic and social development of Huaihua City.
