Recently, the R & D team of Hunan Yinzhuoen Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. has made a breakthrough in the manufacturing of rectangular conductors, which will drive the output value of the company to 250 million yuan this year. This marks that the output value of the precision manufacturing industry in Huitong County is over 100 million yuan. The application of advanced manufacturing technology has been propelling Huaihua’s scientific and technological development.

According to the data, in 2023, 1,431 science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises passed relevant evaluation and were entitled for preferential policies, a year-on-year increase of 86.3%. The number of high-tech enterprises in Huaihua reached 524, a year-on-year increase of 13.9%; the city’s spending on research and development hit a record high, ranking first in the province in terms of growth rate; and the city recruited 144 high-level talents. All these achievements have laid a solid foundation for Huaihua’s scientific and technological development.
This year, the term “new quality productive forces” has become a catchphrase. Huaihua has taken measures to put the new development concept into practice. The demonstration area of the Huaihua International Land Port has introduced leading enterprises in the fields of biopharmaceuticals, new materials and LTL logistics to set up branches in Huaihua. It is reported that Huaihua will continue to facilitate technological advance by providing support to enterprises, building innovative platforms, cultivating and recruiting scientific and technological talents, accelerating the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements so as to make its due contribution to Hunan’s endeavor of building the province to be a technological innovation highland with core competitiveness.
