On the afternoon of December 21, Li Chunqiu, deputy secretary of the CPC Huaihua Municipal Committee and mayor, conducted a survey in Hunan Zhengqing Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. and handled businesses in the on-site office, coordinating and solving the difficulties and problems encountered in the process of enterprise development, especially in the process of enterprise listing. He stressed it is of necessity to thoroughly implement the guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress and followed the guidelines in General Secretary Xi Jinping’sexposition on the development of the private sectors and high-level opening up to the outside world, to be resolved to speed up the pace of being listed in the stock market, and to promote enterprises to take advantage of the capital market to become bigger and stronger,  empowering Huaihua’s high-level opening up and high-quality development. Chen Ying, a leader of municipal government, and Li Shizhong, secretary general of the municipal government, attended the survey.

After a discussion with the persons in charge of the enterprise fort the progress of the production, operation and listing of the enterprise, Li Chunqiu pointed out that promoting the listing of enterprises is not only a practical need to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, but also an important way to help enterprises become bigger and stronger. As a leading industry and local leading enterprise, Zhengqing Pharmaceutical Group Co,. Ltd should seize opportunities, strengthen confidence and determination, make some preparations for the listing, work to break through the listing blocking points, and speed up the pace of being listed in the stock market enterprise. We will continue to bolster the scientific and technological research and development, strengthen the connectivity of the Ltd with national institutions of higher learning, biomedical enterprises, and industrial associations, capture relevant information in time, introduce high-end scientific and technological talents, expand scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation, improve the transformation and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, and help enterprises to achieve greater development in the next three to five years.

Li Chunqiu stressed that the relevant units directly under the municipal government should continue to strengthen their communication or connectivity with enterprises, understand the demands of enterprises in time, implement various policies that benefit enterprises, continue to bolster the business environment, and help enterprises solve their difficulties with better services, higher efficiency and a better environment. The focus should be on the new specialized “Little Giant” enterprises with distinctive features. On the basis of the requirements of the listing of enterprises, we should make high-quality enterprises with strong core competitiveness and good development prospects involved into the reserve resource pool for listing, establish a reasonable echelon of reserve resources for listing, increase training and assistance, guide more high-quality private sectors to land in the capital market, and make every effort to promote the city’s high-level, open and high-quality development.
