Xu patrols on a boat to check the protection and management of Yuanshui River.
Xu Zhongjian, Secretary of Huaihua Municipal Committee of the CPC, was in Yuanling from June 29th to 30th to investigate rural revitalization, industrial development, human settlements, petitions, social stability, and forest chief scheme, etc., and conducted a patrol on the Yuanshui River.
During his inspection, Xu emphasized that it is necessary to resolutely implement the important requirements of General Secretary Xi Jinping “Epidemic must be prevented, economy must be stabilized, and development must be safe.” He added great efforts should be made to find new ways to promote high-quality economic development of the county to welcome the Party’s 20th National Congress with practical achievements.
In Longxing Village and Guizhutan Village of Yuanling Town, Xu inspected the industrial development and the living environment. He emphasized that it is necessary to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation, comprehensively promote rural revitalization, and make rural areas a beautiful place for living and working.
Later, Xu Zhongjian took a boat to inspect the protection and management of Yuanshui River. He pointed out that keeping river clean and environment green should be taken as a political duty.

In Hunan Zhongjian Qipei Technology Co., Ltd. and Hunan Qilixin Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., Xu Zhongjian encouraged enterprises to strengthen independent innovation, to keep extending and strengthening the industrial chains, and to strive to build industrial clusters.
In the Petition Bureau of Yuanling County, Xu Zhongjian patiently received the visiting masses. He stressed that great importance should be attached to the work of petitioning, to solve the reasonable demands of the masses in accordance with laws and regulations, and to ensure harmony and stability of the overall social situation.
At the symposium, Xu Zhongjian pointed out that since the beginning of this year, Yuanling County has made gratifying achievements in all walks of life, especially on the spirit of cadres, which is commendable. He believes that the future development of this county is promising, so they should take advantage of the situation and work harder to set an example on integrating Yuanling’s development into the overall development of Huaihua city.
Xu further emphasized that attention should be focused on raising development goal, promoting economic strength, seizing major opportunities such as the construction of Huaihua an international land port, attracting investments, and particularly on carrying out some major projects to make Yuanling one of the top 30 economically strong counties of Hunan province at the end of the “14th Five-Year Plan”.
