On February 24, at the Government Service Hall of Huaihua International Land Port Economic Development Zone, Mr. Wang from Hunan Shentong Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Technology Co., Ltd. handled enterprise relocation registration in one go through the “One-Stop Service Zone” of Hunan Government Service Network. It is the first case of one-stop enterprise relocation registration in Huaihua City.
On that day, Mr. Wang intended to relocate the enterprise from Furong District, Changsha to Huaihua International Land Port Economic Development Zone. The window staff member of the Second Bureau directly under the Huaihua Administration for Market Regulation provided online guidance for Mr. Wang throughout the process. All approval procedures were completed online, from move-in application and move-out file transfer to change registration. “I didn’t expect that it would be so convenient and fast to handle enterprise relocation. It used to take several trips back and forth to get the business done. Now, I only need to submit the materials online and I can get a new business license on the same day. It saves both time and effort!” Mr. Wang was very satisfied with the cross-city enterprise relocation registration service.
In the past, enterprises had to go through cumbersome procedures to handle cross-regional relocation. First, they needed to go to the registration authority of the move-in place to apply for relocation approval and issue a file transfer letter. Then, they needed to go to the registration authority of the move-out place to handle the relocation procedures. Subject to the review and approval of the registration authority of the move-out place, enterprises would submit their files to the registration authority of the move-in place. Next, enterprises would go to the registration authority of the move-in place again to handle address change registration of the business entity. They needed to make at least six trips between the move-in place and the move-out place. Since the beginning of the year, Huaihua Administration for Market Regulation has deeply advanced the reform of one-stop enterprise relocation registration. Thanks to this reform, applicants only need to fill in the relocation registration information at the registration authority of the move-in place. Their application will be accepted online via the Hunan Government Service Network, automatically transferred via the background system, and simultaneously handled by relevant departments, thereby achieving one-stop cross-regional relocation.
Looking ahead, the administration will continuously focus on the goals of the one-stop service reform, expand application scenarios, and step up publicity efforts, so as to benefit more enterprises with the reform, reduce the cost of business handling of enterprises, and enhance the well-being and satisfaction of enterprises and individuals in business handling, according to an administration executive.
